REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order.
- Once food preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Order Cancellation by Restaurant
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Unavailability of ingredients
- Technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued for cancelled or failed prepaid orders.
- Processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- No refunds for partially consumed food unless quality issue is reported immediately.
4. Quality Complaints
If you receive:
- Wrong items
- Missing items
- Damaged packaging
- Poor quality food
Please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/video). Replacement, credit, or refund may be offered.
DELIVERY POLICY
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver within a 5 km radius of the restaurant. Coverage may change without notice.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time is 30–60 minutes depending on location and order volume. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand.
3. Delivery Charges
- Charges may apply based on distance and order value.
- Minimum order value of ₹299 may be required.
4. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer not reachable
- Customer unavailable at location
The order may be cancelled and no refund may be issued.
5. Self Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up orders from our restaurant at no additional cost, subject to confirmation.
